Hand cut mosaic step design.
A regular client of 6+ years approached us with the exciting task of recreating their homes entrance porch step. The specifics of the job was that the client wanted a unique mosaic design step – a task type never previously asked of the J.C Builder & Son team.
Firstly, the team needed to rip out the old step within the porch, and then level the area in preparation for the flush laying of the new tiles.
Secondly, and working closely with the client, our team needed to work out the style of mosaic that the client liked. Once we had attained the style, our team proceeded to create a unique pattern design that would fit seamlessly within the step area.
With great care, each tile was shaped, hand cut and carefully laid, completing the full mosaic step design.
